Beano Burritos
Filling:

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

100g mushrooms, chopped

1 large can refried beans
-
Large jar salsa/ taco sauce
Other ingredients:

8 soft tortillas
-
1 iceburg lettuce, shredded

4 large fresh tomatoes, chopped

Salsa or guacamole
Method:

Fry the onion and garlic in 2 tbsps oil until soft.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.

Break up the refried beans and add them to pan.
-
Lower heat and add sauce.

Cook gently, stirring until it forms a thick chunky sauce.

On a tortilla lay chopped lettuce and tomato.
-
Spoon the filling on top. Add salsa or guacamole to taste and fold.

Repeat with all tortillas and eat straight away.
